The criteria isn't so much what to allow or disallow as much as it is "where would members of this community want this to be posted".
For example, I might only frequent the music and cooking groups and never see this piece as it was posted in GD.
Alternatively, I might use GD as my default page and hate that a music or entertainment or (fill in blank) is taking up a slot.
So, cheers, but as you asked I submit that it's not about what's allowed so much as what will members want to see.
PS, Pink Floyd Pigs tour, Stones, early Genesis, Yes, and several Concerts on the Green, Kezar Stadium, all back when it was more fun and less money to go to a concert.
I think it had to be the Oakland Coliseum, but not sure which night of the two.
One time I'll tell you about how, at a War concert at Winterland, someone passed what I thought was a joint but turned out to be PCP.
