IF my dad were still alive, he would tell you how he felt about enemy soldiers that tortured his friends in WWII. How many of our enemies did we create ourselves because of torture at Guantanamo Bay detention camp and undisclosed locations?

Jewish shopkeeper Jakob (Robin Williams) is waterboarded by Nazi officers. Robin Williams avoided the effects of what would have been actual waterboarding with barely visible nose plugs.

(149,611 posts)Sometimes you need to see such things, to confront your own fears, in order to have a greater understanding of the effects of such torture on those tortured and on those watching.
How many of our enemies did we create ourselves? Too many. Way too many.

(50,557 posts)I might think a little different of it if I saw Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly going through it, but in general my opinion of it's negative enough that seeing it won't change anything.
