What is wrong with there being 47 million uninsured Americans? I'd like to see EVERY American uninsured.

That is only a problem in this particular, narrow context: in a country that requires you to pay a toll to middle men for access to health care, lacking access to those middle men's cash slot renders health care inaccessible. What is REALLY wrong with this picture? The barrier blocking access to health care is the health insurance industry itself! Open Medicare to everyone, take the profit out of health insurance, AND use the power of broad citizen participation to control costs at the provider end, and suddenly there's no further need for for-profit insurance, no one needs insurance, and everyone is better off.

Oh, some greedy insurance company execs might have a tough time retraining. Shed a tear for them if you like.
