According to the makers of the device, recent psychological studies have shown that the amount of food consumed is not only influenced by actual volume but also external factors. They deduced that if we eat something that looks larger we are convinced that we’re full sooner than if we eat smaller looking food.

2. You don't need to spend money on that gadget.

Before you eat a meal, get a large plate and fill it with lots of green salad, just green salad, then eat it. If you do that every single meal without fail, you will either lose weight or keep your weight under control.

It's a pretty sure thing.

Same principle as the OP. You think you are eating a lot. It looks like a lot, and on top of that, you have to chew a lot. It works.
