If Obama lied to the world in the run-up to the Iraq War Resolution, which gave Bush congressional authorization to order the invasion, he'd likely have been impeached by now.
If Obama fabricated so-called evidence the way that Bush fabricated evidence, he'd be impeached by now.
Fabrication of evidence to sway legislative authorization of war is an international war crime, under articles of the Geneva convention.
If Obama lied that we had evidence of or will find evidence after our invasion that Saddam and Bin Laden were linked in the 9-11 attacks and that Saddam was helping Bin Laden carry out terror, if Obama lied like Bush, he'd be impeached by now.
Lying to persuade legislative authorization to invade is an international war crime.
If Obama lied to the world and to congress that Saddam had WMD and that he was manufacturing WMD's the way that Bush lied, Obama would have been impeached by now.

Obama likely would've been tried as a war criminal or pending a trial.

If Democrats don't grow a spine and indict Bush, in part as an answer to Rethugs Benghazi witch hunt, then said Democrats aren't worthy of having that D next to their name.

This op is in no way a swipe at Obama. Instead, it's intended to show the hypocrisy behind the Rethug witch hunt of Obama and Hillary regarding Benghazi(a non-story), and the Rethug silence when they should be indicting a real war criminal for real war crimes, W Bush and his cabal of murderers, Cheney etc.
