Koch brother gets scammed boo hoo!

CBS had a story about one of the Koch brothers paying millions for wine that turned out to be fake vintages. He said that he paid more for these wines than a college grad would earn in a lifetime.

Are we supposed to be sympathetic? Although I believe in honesty, and law and order, I can't help feeling that some form of "Robin Hood" justice has been done. Perhaps some of the billionaire's wealth will trickle down in the process. I wonder how many people have been scammed to allow the Koch's to accumulate their massive fortune?

I wonder why CBS ran this piece.

result in ruination of the country for the majority casting most of the country, eventually, into serfdom. It's damn hard to say a democracy exists when most of the wealth and power of the country is held by a few percent of the population. In essence, it is a system of delusions and propaganda. None, holding the reins of great wreath and power will relinquish those reins to the masses, we have seen this in history over and over, but lessons learned never seem to occur, so, we repeat the mistakes of the past.

believe that the Kochs get victimized just like they victimize us. This is likely a very clueless attempt to show us a Koch has a human face.
No, they do not.

I'm absolutely no fan of the corrupt Koch brothers.

But is it ok to cheat someone if we don't like them?

Who are David and Charles - not their brother Bill.

Meaning that Bill is NOT

1. a Koch who donates to a slew of conservative "think" tanks

although now research is showing him donating to more Republicans.

However

http://www.hcn.org/hcn/blogs/goat/bill-koch-coal-and-political-cash

"Like his brothers, Bill is known for contributing to political campaigns. Unlike those of his brothers, Bill’s donations have not been constrained by ideology -- his cash has gone to politicians as varied as Richard Pombo, Ted Kennedy, Bob Dole, John McCain and, yes, Al Gore. He, his wife and employees of Oxbow donated some $70,000 to the campaign of now ex-U.S. Rep. John Salazar, a Colorado Democrat and brother of Interior Secretary Ken Salazar. So the tendency by the media and activists to group Bill in with his hard-right brothers is clearly unfair. Bill may be an opportunist, but you can’t call him an ideologue, and he’s had a long history of strife with his more notorious brothers."

But then the article goes on to note that he is donating large sums to Boehner and then he donated $2 million to Romney's super-pac.

2. a Koch who is connected to Koch oil. His share was bought out long ago, although I guess he still owns a coal company (or bought it with the proceeds.)

Back in 2004, the website politics1 had Bill listed as a potential Senate candidate - for the Democratic Party in Kansas.

And that is the kind of candidate that the KDP (and probably the RNC) likes - one who can finance his/her own campaign.

He spent $25 Million to try to prosecute someone who bilked him out of $400,000... He WAS ANGRY! How DARE they do that to HIM!

I am not poor. I am middle class to maybe even slightly upper middle class. I would be embarrassed to go on TV and say I SPENT 4.5 million dollars in wine.

This country is fooked. This is not right.

I thought I could trust CBS Sunday Morning.
CBS 60 minutes did a Government Propaganda piece with an NSA guy pretending to be one of the 60 Minutes correspondents the week before masquerading as investigative news but really just validating the Lie-Speak used to hide the murder of our privacy.

And to protect the Billions in graft made from this "terror fighting tool" when the whole Islamic "terror" War has been Created by these same people (Like the war on drugs to prohibit an adult's constitutional right to choose what medicines he chooses to take for whatever reason he sees fit. Fine if it's alcohol of tobacco but nothing else? When did we pick those 2?).

The guys who run these drones and understand these complex systems are so smart, if only someone would tell them that bombing civilians will create more "terrorists". Gosh, I guess they have no idea that might happen. Boy they'd hate to invent, create, arm, AND motivate a credible enemy that would justify their ability to control the US people & spy on the entire planet... I guess they're just too dumb to realize what those drones are doing. This war may Never end. Like poverty.

Sorry, got off topic. Back to that creep Kotch brother...
The guy who faked the wine worked much harder than any of the Kotch Brothers EVER have. And Bill Kotch (Not pronounced Coke) has Picasso's on his walls that people who could truly appreciate can't see at a museum so he can pretend he has value when he knows in truth that he could not be more worthless no matter how much money or rare things he hoards. He certainly has no shame or sense of how inappropriate his existence is.
I wish the fake bottles had literally been shoved up Koch's...

Kotch senior was a key member of the John Birch Society & that's why they invented an "American" pronunciation of Koch (like the NY Mayor?) to hide their Jewish heritage from the bigots they seem to prefer as companions.

What more proof do we need to demonstrate that money doesn't go to those who are great or smart or hard working.
Mostly the really big money goes to crooks & cheaters. How poetic that this ignorant buffoon would be cheated. Where does he imagine he got "his" (OUR) money?

And for a man who's never worked a day in his life and was handed Billions, he has the entitled nerve to become indignant when he gets cheated out of an amount of OUR money so small He'd never even miss it? What grace.

You'd think being handed a fortune and never knowing hunger he could at least have a sense of humor and appreciate the work that went into fooling him. I'd rather the forger had all the Koch money, at least he's creative & clever. But he'll be in jail because he didn't steal enough.

You have to Steal like Morgan-Chase & BoA & Koch's to get away with it. It's perfectly legal to steal if you take Billions. Because we live in a sick brain-washed society where poor people have been manipulated by the Koch bros astroturf tea party & Fox propaganda to Demand that the super rich get tax breaks so they don't have to give Anything back. You think the "energy" Koch senior started his fortune with was "his"? I thought it belonged to all of us on this planet. Why do we have to pay Exxon for pumping oil out of OUR Planet? Why aren't they paying any royalties to US? The global super-corporations don't care about US & they sure as Hell don't want democracy or a free market. They want ALL the laws written to guarantee their monopolies are immune from competition. They don't create jobs either. A poor man with $500 creates jobs because he spends Every penny he gets on living so someone needs to be at a cash register & make him a burger & a widget. How many of their hoarded Billions do you think the rich can spend eating burgers & buying stuff? They aren't spending but a tiny fraction of what they take out of our economy & then tea party guys will cry they should keep more of their taxes too? They have hoarded so much of our economy now sitting in off shore accounts that there isn't enough cash left to run anything else. WalMart sucks every penny of their Huge profit down to Arkansas every night & puts it in the Walton's bank. All the stores and stuff we used to have that stayed in Our towns goes into those 6 people's bank account AND we have to subsidize their employees with food stamps & health care because the Waltons squeeze them for Every thin dime when they already have More money than they could Ever possibly use -- or probably even count!

Don't get me started...
