THIS ^ does NOT happen by accident.
It is the result of carefully planned and implemented Economic Policy.
It requires careful preparation, marketing, buying the right politicians, message control, courts packed with Conservative Corporate Rights Judges, and the marginalization and suppression of any opposition.

And, YES.
I do hate the carefully crafted policies that have produced this,
and see NOTHING from either major party that will change the direction we are headed.

2. The problem is how do you fix it? Or what is the right fix?

Particularly when you factor in the environmental issues?

I mean I generally believe that capitalism works when it's well regulated, but that we haven't really tried to regulate it (particularly our banking situation) in a generation or two.
