My name is Thucydides and I have something to say.....

My Uncle, whom I respect a great deal, brought me to this place ten years ago. I was fourteen, I have always been around lurking, not posting much. I did not have much of an interest or desire to post. I was to busy with my own life and self fulfillment. I have graduated college, am an adult now. I just wanted to share that there are some people here that have carried the torch for young people like me.

We are the next generation of Evil DUers. I am proud of everyone that has had something to do with my ideology here at DU. I love all of you for standing up for your children! My Uncle wishes to remain anonymous, I will respect him. You can however expect more posts from myself in the future.

In honor of my Uncle, I leave you with this.....

I asked my brother when he gave it to me. It was Christmas 8 years ago. I then said "there is no way I should have burned out the motor in 8 years. It's not like I make margaritas every day" Have you ever heard 20+ people bust out laughing at you, at the same time?

When we remodeled the kitchen a few years ago, I designed it around the margarita maker.
