PSYCHIC FREEPER "Fantail1952" reveals the WINNING GOP candidate. Not Newt. Not Mitt. Oh, you betcha.

Sarah Palin Could Run....And Win
My semi-fertile mind | Fantail1952

It is my considered opinion that an overwhelming majority of both Republican rank-and-file, and independent voters alike, are seeking someone to challenge Obama....other than the candidates offered.

Who does this leave?

As I recall, some four months ago, about the time of her triumphant tours and speeches, Sarah Palin stated that she "would run the most unconventional campaign ever." To this point, if she reverses course and comes in late to the fray, that would be the "most unconventional" move ever!

These endless and largely meaningless drivel-driven so called debates have done little more than pissed off many conservatives. By opting out in October, Sarah was insulated from this nonsense, and actually strengthened her desirability.

She's not ready to go under the microscope, which is what will happen if she runs. Too many big bads in her closet.

Things are too safe, comfy and lucrative on the Fox / guest speaker / book tour circuit.

No more reality shows for her. No more free millions at the fox trough.
As quickly as she earned millions, she spent it. (her entourage costs were huge, until she quit traveling)
I suspect that she will be doing something soon, perhaps even running. For one thing, her ego demands it of her. For another, I suspect she will soon face financial issues. Serious ones.

I admit that scenario is damn unlikely, but... Unless someone seals the deal during the primaries it could leave room for a wild card. And there are plenty of teabaggers who still have a wild thang for the Grifter Queen.

They've been challenged to a bet by one of the liberal bloggers. A donation to a charity of their choice if Bachman wins. But so far, the wingnuts refuse to accept the bet. LOL

It will remain my prediction until someone else gets the nomination.

if Sarah Palin were the nominee. To watch her campaigning around the country. I can only hope that Fantail 1952 is right, but it's so unlikely.

Actually, no matter who winds up as the Republican nominee it's going to be fun to watch. Oh, and if any of the losing candidates turn to a third party or independent run, do you think they'll get included in the debates?

There's a picture of Sarah Palin next to the word "hubris" in the dictionary. Palin believes the world revolves around her, so it's possible that she'll try it--and, since a lot of us here believe the GOP will have to resort to a brokered convention to get their nominee, Palin (along with a few other Repukes who won't run in the 2012 primaries, namely Jeb Bush) might try a "white knight" tactic to gain the nomination.

The problem is, Palin is kinda like Mo Rutherford in "The Stuff": no one is as dumb as she appears to be. Because she's not as stupid as she looks, she's got to know that a presidential election campaign, with its throngs of reporters, will destroy her.

And let's get down to brass tacks: will the Republican base really rally around a candidate whose oldest daughter is an unwed mother?
