Illegal military strikes without a declaration of war or a clear and present danger to the United States need to stop, and let's face it, our guys will never have the courage to impeach a republican president. So here you go republicans. You've wanted to impeach Obama from the moment he took the oath of office. All your phoney scandals have fallen apart, but here is something you can actually impeach him for. The upcoming attack on Syria will clearly be a violation of the Constitution that Barack Obama swore to uphold. And you would have a great chance of winning the trial and removing him from office. You might even be able to put him in jail. So, it's time to put your money where your mouths have been. Let's set a precedent here that will make us a better nation.

No such thing has occurred and this conjecture is unhelpful. Of course we hope that Obama goes through the proper, legal channels and does not violate the US constitution or international law.
