Or even that the attack was committed by the Assad regime.

Shouldn't there at least be some sort of independent confirmation of who orchestrated the attack before we punish Assad? Or was there a report he was getting yellowcake uranium from Niger?

I agree that confirmation that the regime or units thereof are responsible for the attack would be a precondition for killing Assad and his relatives.

Wars should no longer involve large numbers of the populations of countries.

Intelligent weapons, drone, and robotic warriors should limit war to killing the respective top 1% political, military and economic populations.
