How is that even possible?
How can President Obama raise a billion dollars, yet the Democratic party can't put an opponent in every race for a seat in a legislative body that 9 out of 10 Americans don't like?
A real head scratcher. 300 million folks to choose from and the party can't find 500 to contest every seat.

Its everyone ELSES congressperson...
That's why you see such high re-election percentages while the overall approval of Congress is so low. People like their own elected official, but not the other hundreds.
