Zimmerman's attorney, when addressing Trayvon's mother, says the word "apologize."

He apologizes to her for the loss of her son....trying to mitigate Zimmerman's answers to Hannity that were played for the jury this past week. Zimmerman when asked by Hannity, said he had no regrets, wouldn't change events of that night.

Reaaly? It's not the defense attorney who should express remorse, and I hope the prosecution makes that fact very clear in the closing statement.

1. the prosecution's objection was sustained. The defense looked bad

They have flashes of excellent lawyering (I hate to admit) when crossing witnesses, but when they step in it...they cover themselves in poo.

2. Yes, riveting stuff....wish it weren't....personally my limited observation has under minded

what little confidence I've had in the ability of law enforcement to be intelligent while keeping bias at a minimum...

The Sanford police department's off handed and cavalier handling (in my view mishandling) of this from the get-go through to the testimony of mumbling Det. no-red-flags-or-inconsistencies-Serino, are very very disheartening..

3. +1, Zimmerma "that doesn't even sound like me" in response to screams for help should've been a

...REALLY REALLY big red flag...

Serino indicated he thought nothing of it

4. You are very generous in asserting that Serino "thought" or "thinks" at all....I believe the core

issue with Sanford police is that they gave Zimmerman a pass early on..
