My favorite, but I have always been a fan of Superman. (Though really, I should say I love the Green Lantern.)

12. I'm a Green Arrow man myself.

I never thought that having special powers made those characters special. It would be easy to be a hero when you are bullet proof and can fly.

Green Arrow was/is more like Batman but without all the psychological issues. He simply made a decision to go out and try to do the right thing. Not because he has an alien ring or can shoot laser beams out of his eyes, but because he wanted to right what he saw as being wrong. To me that is much more of a hero than any of the characters with super powers.




P.S. The new show "Arrow" is a much darker vision of the character, but still enjoyable.
