There were other internet-related things about his announcement that were screwed up.
Anthony Weiner does not understand the internet.
His incompetence in this area does not bode well for his mayoralty.

The President, himself, used pot and (far more disturbingly) cocaine.
Anthony Weiner fought hard to represent the interests of middle class America. Certainly harder than most. Incidentally, he also flashed pictures of his cock over his telephone to another adult.
Meh. I'd give this guy another chance.
I'd rather take a flawed character who is moving in the right direction than a spotless, polished plutocrat.
I think the people of New York understand this distinction as well.
