By 2-1 Americans say the more they learn about Romney the less they like him

http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/obama-holds-edge-over-romney-in-general-election-matchup-poll-finds/2012/02/05/gIQA5JX0sQ_story.html

By better than 2 to 1, Americans say the more they learn about Romney, the less they like him. Even among Republicans, as many offer negative as positive assessments of him on this question. Judgments about former House speaker Newt Gingrich, who denounced Romney on Saturday night in Nevada, are about 3 to 1 negative.

Meanwhile, the president’s recent remarks are better reviewed. Among the roughly 6 in 10 Americans who heard or read about the president’s State of the Union address, 57 percent say they approve of most of what he laid out.

What a great trend!

Keep it coming.

The Koch brothers, Donald Trump and their ilk adore Romney - the regular folks, not so much.

..while poor and middle class Americans get no help and would actually pay more in taxes in many cases.

It's absolutely disgusting. He lives in a different world and has never been exposed to the struggles of most people.

For those at the top? Or do deficits caused by tax cuts not have to be paid for. Isn't Romney just Bush on steroids? We know how that turned out.

In 2008, Romney won a slightly higher %age in Nevada, and had 6000 more votes, against a much larger field of candidates. He has done anything but energize the base of any group except the, Nahhhhhh...not getting out to vote today, group. What people call his gaffes, aren't mistakes. A man like Romney doesn't make mistakes. He IS telling people his innermost thoughts...and the American People aren't buying it. He can get over 50% of his own party in a state where only 35000 total votes are cast...and if you put his 16000 votes up against the 1.2 Million republicans registered in Nevada...his great victory doesn't seem ask that great anymore. Does it?
