During the campaign in 2000 he ran off Bush supporters before doing a turnaround late in the year and made FR Bush central. In 2008 JimRob exiled the Guilliani supporters to rally behind McCain.

He made the mistake last year of throwing a very public fit where he told the Freeps he's sick of the trouble of running the site full of crybabies. He pointed out that he's now Social security age, and he already bought property in Florida for his mobile retirement cottage. He threatened to sell the site to anyone who will have it.

With Google ads, you lose some control (hence you will get some very out-of-place advertisements here on DU, if you are viewing them). I bet the site owner would throw a fit if some opposition advertising ended up being displayed on their website. Thankfully the DU admin view it differently - it's an ad impression that's being wasted and heck if we see any "bad advertisements" we should click on them to drain their ad revenue
