She was first elected to Congress in 2006, and her most recent reelection was in 2010, so that's three elections in four years. If she considers primary elections too, then there would also be the primaries in 2008 and 2010 (the one in 2006 being outside the four-year window).

that he/she has won elections, most people think general elections, since if one loses a primary, then there's no real election win.
