The ten Democratic senators who have refrained from endorsing gay marriage are all professed Christians. Here they are.

3. Sen. Kay Hagan (D-N.C.)- Presbyterian
4. Sen. Bill Nelson (D-Fla.)- Episcopalian

That's really a crime when you think about it. It's pretty awful. As for the point that Christians oppose Gay Marriage - well since the senate is 84% Christian I don't know that it necessarily proves anything about Christians in general, except that talk about Christians being persecuted is certainly overblown. How can we be persecuted when we have 84% of the Senate?
