Michigan Govenor Snyder says Right-to-work is about choice

Snyder said that RTW legislation (now law) would give workers a choice between belonging to the union or not. So if he thinks workers should have that choice, what about workplaces that don't have collective bargaining? What about those workers and their right to "choice"?
