Anyone notice PNAC 'names' up front?

Such a Reaganite policy of military strength and moral clarity may not be fashionable today. But it is necessary if the United States is to build on the successes of this past century and to ensure our security and our greatness in the next.

That's a really odd non-answer. Four years ago Bush was no longer President, finally. He was in control of neither Congress nor the Dept of Justice. Democrats were. Four years ago, Chris Matthews' leg was getting all tingly for a new war president: Barack Obama.
http://chrismatthewsleg.wordpress.com/about/
Rachel Maddow is her own person. She doesn't need to worry about Ann Coulter's opinion.

The time to investigate, as I said at the time, was right then. It might have meant something. Aggressive prosecutions of Bush era abuses in the realm of the economy and (gasp) lying the country into a horrible war that dragged on and on could have kept Republicans from retaking the House in 2010, for one thing. Not to mention that is was SIMPLY THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

Meanwhile, the Republican base ALL showed up.

You have to remember their mindset. While we rail about nothing getting done they applaud the obstruction.

This is what they wanted. They're assholes and they voted for assholes to represent them.

Since then, idealistic Obama voters woke up that mid-term elections actually matter. Now all we have to do is deal with gerrymandering.

The PROBLEM is that Democrats tend to laughably believe pointing out a Republican unfairness will <chuckle> SHAME them into changing their ways.

of the US via a Truth and Reconciliation Commission and via prosecution of war crimes, torture and the wholesale destruction of Constitutional liberties, and epic fraud on Wall St., which all occurred under the Bush Administration, or else problems of the economy would soon enable the Republicans to counterattack.

But, hey, let's just continue with the strategy of blaming the Democratic voters instead of mobilizing them.

Powell did not know, was relying on CIA+. 'Intelligence' community was lying, many apparently forced to do so by cheney + rumsfeld + their gang.

Hoax = malicious deception, and this one was constructed by WH w help of 'intelligence' community.

attention all along.

I don't know if I can forgive President Obama, his administration and the Democrats for not bringing the war criminals to trial.

If a Democratic government has committed the same offenses you know that the Republicans would have gone after them just as the keep going after the Obama administration for Benghazi (which is no where even close to being in the same league as the Bush Administration crimes.

... are lying. W knew that he cheated in Florida in 2000 and in Ohio in 2004 but
he still strutted around like a banty roster and talked about his "man-date."

W lied about his military service, college, business experience, and even about being
a rancher from the country in TX although his "ranch" was built in 1999 and 2000 and
his cattle were rented and put on the property just before he showed up for another
"long weekend" aka vacation.

Rachel kept teasing that this was going to cause a stir, but there wasn't anything significant revealed that hadn't been in the media previously.

Very disappointed on a very basic production. Most of us knew this . Expected more current 2012 interviews and NEW information . This is a BIG story that needs to be told. If my son gave his life for this I would never forget. I don't get it . How can the the military take this shit? People were killed on both sides for what? We paid them to put down their guns and called it the surge . What crap. There must be people out there that need to clear their conscience and tell the truth. I can't believe they can live with themselves for what they did.

the Douglas Feith quote (not verbatim) "No one could prove a connection between Bin Laden and Saddam but no one asserted that it didn't exist" Oh good lord there are so many things wrong with that statement. WE DID. The FBI counterterrorism said is was knows BS at the beginning of the documentary.

Feith is a horrific....words can't really cover what he is.

with commercials the show was only about 40 minutes long. It's hard to present all the evidence in such a short period of time. She should have done a week long show.
