4. Ran into the same issue earlier today....

....when I alerted on an obvious troll-post. What REALLY irritated me was the fact the vote turned out 3-3 despite an obvious violation of DU's TOS. What's up with that crap??

5. Serial trolling seems to have been given the green light here, as any attempts to point

it out are routinely denounced as "witch hunting" over in Meta. Therefore, I refuse to even mess with the alert system anymore - if folks don't mind wading through right-wing filth on a progressive discussion board, that's fine by me.

At least we get to keep the "hide thread" feature - I've been using it liberally. No pun intended.

I was making fun of all the RWer's who were demanding photographic proof of Obama actually skeet shooting, and implicitly comparing them to the insane "birthers".

I thought it was humorous, but obviously it's not as humorous as I thought.

Glenn Beck is just...so...wow. I don't know what, but he sure has a lot to say about it. I'm not sure I agree with Beck on this, but maybe. What do you think?
