(50,326 posts)Two great people who have become very good friends.
As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton did a stellar job, imo. I have come to have a great deal of respect for her and know she will do great things in or out of government.

(63,912 posts)and I still have the textbook. Great courses and boy, did I try! I did the tests, too, just not the final exams (I had a Masters at that point and didn't need the stress!). I did the homework and really applied myself...

I know that would be my choice.

(53,661 posts)She may have stumbled at times in the public eye, as we all have done, but she kept at it. Only recently have I noticed that she talks with her hands. Some frown on that, but I like the passion it shows. I wish her a happy retirement with Bill and Chelsea and their son-in-law. People in public life give up many simple pleasures that the rest of may take for granted. You don't get to the level they have without giving up a number of other things. Who knows, she and Bill may become proud grandparents someday.

I was under the impression that DC was snow-covered. I kinda wish I was there. I hate snow and it just seems to keep falling here in WI. Super cold temps lately too.
