Without the myth of St.Ronnie you would have to look back PRETTY FAR to find a good Prez with an R after his name. They should ditch Ronnie's ideology and try Eisenhower's instead. Instead they've created this mythical persona of Ronald Reagan when in reality he WAS the problem, not the solution.

should hate St Ronnie. He began the destruction of democracy, unions and the economy, the consolidation of wealth and the off-shoring of manufacturing jobs that has lead to where we are today. He made it fashionable to believe that government is a bad thing and can do nothing right except war. There is so much that has been destructive to this country that began with him.
