Does anyone else find it fascinating that the rabid Right...

makes statements about the right to kill anyone who threatens them, or the right to kill anyone who makes them "feel" threatened, talk about killing others who would restrict certain types of weapons, and endorse and salivate over the death penalty....but will protect a life of a fetus under any and all circumstances?

They want to control those who are not aligned with their 'values' and disagree with them. And if they can't, just shoot them because they're afraid.

seriously?

You are trying to tell me that the fetus' life always trumps?

That everyone else killed was a warranted killing because the killer has decided they are guillty of not being an innocent?

YOU asked if we found it fascinating. I understand their argument so it is NOT "fascinating" to me one bit.

is anyone really pro abortion or are they really pro choice?

I am much more pro free birth control, to avoid having to make the difficult choice...but that's just another thread.

You do not have to do something in order to support that something. I am pro gay marriage but I will never marry another guy nor would I even consider "forcing my spouse" to marry another woman against her wishes.

Abortion is a medical procedure. I have nothing against a woman having an abortion. I believe it should be legal.

The left asks how can the right be pro-life when they support the death penalty.
The right asks how can the left be pro-choice when they support forcing others to pay.

Fact is, there is hypocrisy in both positions.

Your fishing expedition is getting silly now.

Anybody who takes the time to listen to the arguments from both sides of the issue knows the reasoning: tax dollars.

in wanting to engage at this board according to the terms, I suggest you consider new terminology.

No one is pro abortion. It isn't something people WANT to have happen. People don't LIKE abortion.

It's pro choice.

Rush Limpballs tells them, they right to kill anyone who threatens them. They believe.
The preacher tells them that fetuses are people. They believe.
The GOP owners tell them that 47% of the American population are useless eaters. They believe.
The foxes tell them that the gubberment gonna take their guns. They believe.
The echo chamber enforces their self righteous attitude.
The 'bubble' ensures they see only what the want to see.
Add a goodly amount of hate, pride and prejudices into the mix. And there you have it.

Perfectly capable of killing a doctor to protect a fetus, while laughing at the homeless and waiting for the day they can back off an A-10 Warthog with a pea shooter.
It's all OK because they live the good life and fight the good fight. See above.
