7. In my opinion, this is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DRESS she has worn, and a lot have been remarkable.

Wish I could see a close up of the fabric - can't figure out if it is silk, or knit, with satin insets, and someone said it had velvet also.

9. I loved the dress but didn't think it was flattering on her.

It takes a pretty slim figure to pull off gathers in the midsection. Still, she takes chances and always surprises. So kudos for that. And the dress is gorgeous. The style of it not quite right for her, though, I think (the bottom half).
