Personal Qualities Not Measured by Tests

Apparently, you're not even tested on what kind of human being you are. Does our education system even care?

1. No, they can't afford it.

The teachers I know care a great deal, but with classrooms full of 30+ kids, it's impossible to give each student the attention they need and deserve. I'm sick of seeing tears in their eyes. These kids don't even realize how much some teachers care.

And now, they want teachers to carry guns. They aren't teachers anymore. They're babysitters and armed guards.

2. No, the system doesn't. Teachers do, though.

We still do what we can to encourage all of those, but you're right in that they're not tested.

Testing companies just wouldn't make money off of that list, so there ya go.
