New York Daily News: "In a fitting coda to 2012, we've learned that the ratings for rock-ribbed conservative Sean Hannity cratered after Barack Obama won his second term, with viewers tuning out the Fox News Channel talk-show host in droves."

They were lied to - Hannity, Rush, Rove and all of the other Rainmen mumbling about "Romney blowout: 310, 322" for all of October.

Watching conservative boards back in 2011 and early 2012 - many of these people though the Teahadists had it wrapped up after Nov 2010. A clear message was sent in Nov 2012, that they are in a bubble of wishful thinking and out of step with the majority of the country and never saw it coming, mind boggling as that is..

My guess is that they may or may not recognize that they have had smoke blown up their collective skirts from the Faux crowd - but either way, they are burned out on politics in general and tuning out.

21. I can't say I'm surprised by this.

A lot of the wingnut wackadoodles are pretty burned out on politics right now. They're also extremely disillusioned, especially after people like Hannity sold them a bill of goods that the 2012 election was in the tank for Romney.....a guaranteed victory.

No one likes having smoke blown up their backside, even the Teahadis. It seems like some of them have figured out they were suckered by Hannity, Rove, Dick Morris, etc.

You'd think that with PBO winning re-election, the Republicans would be craving an outlet to turn to every night to vent their frustration.
