Why are so many of the threads asking for gun posts to be moved back to the "gungeon"...

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by REP (a host of the General Discussion forum).

... written by posters whose favorite group IS the gungeon??? I mean, they obviously approve of gun posts, so I can only guess they don't like gun posts that include discussion by a cross-section of DU members- not just those who approve of totally unregulated firepower. For primaries and elections the posts stay up until a decision is reached. I can stand a few gun posts in GD until we pass some meaningful regulations.

My totals-
Number of posts, last 90 days: 2865
Favorite forum: General Discussion, 1831 posts in the last 90 days (64% of total posts)
Favorite group: Gun Control & RKBA, 378 posts in the last 90 days (13% of total posts)

I am against weapons in the street, gun lovers can keep them in their homes to collect, to use for their socalled protection, etc.
But not in the street

and me and the 10-15-20 pro-gun people have had some arguments
(with a couple of others from time to time coming by to argue)

but that section does NOT say just pro-gun you know, its SOP(whatever SOP is) says specifics that can apply to both.

When we can't post in the general again, which probably at some point will be,
why don't you all join me in presenting the don't want guns in the street side of the argument on the home turf of theirs

power in numbers you know.

Now, it don't say pro or con in the totals above, but mine are all 100% against guns in the street.
Now, if only they would get off the which type of gun is which distraction. A death by gunfire matters little which gun did it. Dead=dead.

that you're 100% anti-gun and that you want all guns confiscated from citizens. Now you're ok with people defending their homes with a gun?

but ZERO guns in the street
street means they can't leave ones home and that negates about 99.999999% of every single argument the NRA soundbytes make.

by getting them off the street, it stops every single event that has happened

because the street means all roads leading to movie theatres, to super markets, to schools, to banks, to town halls, to town squares, to gas stations, to anyplace one can think of that is not the physical home

and take care of anyone who disobeys that new law.

neat and tidy and complete.

I have NEVER said the words you said I said above.

I have though said collectors can hang them on their walls
Sports enthusiasts can travel sans gun to a shooting gallery where like mini golf they can obtain a gun and bullets and return them before going onto the street
Hunters can hunt with bow and arrow
and yes, the people who want to protect their home at 3am when sleeping, they have on in their house

and then only federal/state/city law enforcement can have weapons that they must leave in the police station/fbi station at end of day

100% fullproof system to stop all gun deaths on the street or in public or private places where you need to go on a street/road/path/lane,etc. to get there.

Again, it answers all reasons the NRA says (of course, the NRA doesn't say the #1 reason but that's another story).

and it would stop assholes like Zimmerman in Florida playing judge/jury/executioner.
They don't need guns.

The people who don't want to explore the issues of the day have another agenda. Control by divide-to-conquer.

The NRA-GOP uses the official corporate rulebook that allows astroturf to look like grassroots to push against what's right for men to get enrichment of the few.

Koch actually hires people to spam places like here with fake compadres. Google "Charles G. Koch Summer Fellows Program" for an example of one of many. He pays below minimum wage, sleeps them in a bunkhouse like Chines workers, and gives the titles of "intern" to let them feel important. He also has some college scams to recruit spammers with tiny "stipends".
