Can someone tell me why the House of

Representives is referred to as Congress? Congress is made of of the SENATE and THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES? I haven't been able to find the answer to this.

We tend to call Representatives "Congressman," so many think they are the "Congress." Senators are called Senator, so it's pretty easy to get that right.
