Police said over the past two weeks, criminal investigations have continued in the death of Ernest Hoskins, Jr.
According to Public Information Officer, Bill Sadler, Hoskins, 21, of North Little Rock, was shot at Deer Run Dr. Nov. 9, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sadler said Hoskins' body and evidence was collected at the scene and has been submitted to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for analysis.
State police special agents have also been conducting interviews to get more information on Hoskin's death.
Whether or not the Arkansas State Police have made an arrest or collected enough information for an arrest remains unclear.
The investigation is ongoing and details are scarce, but THV 11 will continue to follow this story and bring you more information as soon as it becomes available.
With no arrests made and little information from state police, Hoskins' mother and wife hired lawyer Benjamin Crump. Crump also represents Trayvon Martin's parents of the Florida teen allegedly shot and killed by a neighborhood watchman in February.
Hoskins' family said he did not seem to have any issues with co-workers and this incident came as a shock.
"Why would you bring a gun into a business meeting? That's the biggest question that there is. What could possibly have been said or went wrong for you to bring a gun into a business meeting," said Nikki Hoskins, the widow of the victim.
The 21-year-old was shot and killed November 9th on Deer Run Drive in Ward.

(114,904 posts)charges of aggravated assault.
It took waaay too long for the arrest, but it has happened and the charges are unequivocal.
aren't the police putting out more public information about the assailant? What business does he represent. They still aren't being forthcoming. Charges still can be lessened. Law enforcement are usually more forthcoming than this. How was the body discovered and whom reported the Death?
