Allen West FINALLY Concedes

Allen West has conceded in the District 18 race against Patrick Murphy.

At 6:15 a.m. Tuesday, he released the following statement:

"For two weeks since Election Day, we have been working to ensure every vote is counted accurately and fairly. We have made progress towards that goal, thanks to the dedication of our supporters and their unrelenting efforts to protect the integrity of the democratic process. While many questions remain unanswered, today I am announcing that I will take no further action to contest the outcome of this election.

They'll go on and on about Anonymous claiming it save the vote by unhacking Karl Rove's hack, which is just so much CT bullshit, then rail against Allen West when he spews identical CT bullshit about the vote being hacked in his race.

The hypocrisy is at Mitt Romney levels around here.

If you are then I completely disagree. In 2000 Gore was well within the 0.5% margin that required a recount. Gore never accused anyone of fraud. He only wanted the votes counted as the law and the Florida courts required. That count was terminated early by meddling of the SCOTUS. One the other hand West made specific and baseless accusations of fraud against the election officials in St. Lucie County that he now seems to agree were incorrect. West also received two re-tabulations that he was not entitled to receive by law.

Ever hear of the duality of man? People have contradictions in their thinking. That makes them human. Calling Duers hypocrites seems like a crappy way to start the day. Especially for a new member and especially in defense of Allen F'ing West.

pulling his strings probably told him to quit. West may not be as dumb as you guys think. People did donate a lot of money to his campaign. I don't think he became a high ranking military officer with the way he pretends to act. Not only that he is a minority in the Republican Party. If he really felt that way, he would be calling his own family commies.
