she doesn't know what happened and shilling for the gop in the process.

And she gets a followup... why the hell is she promoting the republicants loophole deductions reform over allowing the TEMPORARY tax cuts to expire?

Twice in regards to the fiscal cliff. I am sorry that makes me nervous. My opinion only, not asking anyone to agree or disagree with me. Just stating my own opinion.

I do applaud, however, his standing firm on raising taxes on the wealthy

5. Question?
Wed Nov 14, 2012, 02:57 PM
Nov 2012

Just a question, when he did ACA did he cut benefits from medicare recipients? I thought he actually expanded them and cut cost from providers, etc. Also doesn't the ACA expand medicaid, I'm not sure why he would do that, just to cut their benefits? Not trying to be rude, just trying to see if my understanding is wrong.

31. I understand you are just asking
Wed Nov 14, 2012, 03:36 PM

but respectfully this has nothing to do in my opinion with the Affordable Care Act. Yes I understand the President did not cut benefits in that act. I never said he did. I am a Democrat, and I stood up against people who said he did.

In my view, this is a seperate issue. It is about whether benefits will be cut now to balance the deficit in the General Fund. I just want the President to come out and say this directly to the American people: "There will be no benefit cuts to Social Secuirty/and or Medicare" recipients. In some cases this is their sole source of income and we will not jeapordize their security or take away benefits they earned and were promised to them to help pay for a deficit(caused by tax cuts, corporate welfare, and unpaid for wars), they did not create." What woud be the harm if he were to make this statement?

The President keeps talking about making things clear and giving people certainty, well this would give me certainty. That's all I am asking for. I am not critizing him, I voted for him twice now, I am just asking for clarity and assurance.

Again JMHO not saying anyone has to agree or disagree.

the reporters before him were very respectful, but he goes right in commenting without respectfully addressing the president. AND, he then disrespectfully interrupts him...

I'm going to complain about him to MSNBC right now.

about UN Rice, and that Benghazi stuff? He had that same disgusted look as to Romney during the debate, about how offensive some can be about this subject.

I was making lunch and missed that part but really liked how he was kicking someone up their republican ass, hard.

So completely clueless or they don't care. Asking PO about an FBI investigation is ignorant. That's what everyone wants, right, a LEGAL investigation? Well there's nothing about legal matters that is good to talk about in public, other than just to keep us informed about it's most general, meaningless, traits and he doesn't speculate for our entertainment.

Calling it matching the very strong words POTUS had in response to having Benghazi hearings.

Something close to Graham saying he does indeed hold POTUS responsible, etc.
