Democratic Underground: Fastest Election News Anywhere.

I had a number of pages open; Kos, TPM, etc. I had the television on. I tried to make the rounds on a regular basis.

But refreshing the Latest Threads page on Democratic Underground was the fastest method of all. I was five minutes ahead of my wife, who is a news reporter hooked into the mainstream sites. I eventually gave up and stuck to DU.

We're the best. Smartest, fastest, best.

Skinner, Elad, EarlG -- Damn. You've made a monster.

This site ran like a dream last night! I had it up on my iPad while my cycling through some TV channels and my daughter had the major news sites and FB up on her laptop.

Thank you sooo much!!! I also passed along DU's name when someone praised the 'fact checking' info I was posting on FB. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this guy has thanked me for getting the word out to some very stubborn Foxbots. He said he was amazed at how many news sources I used. I told him I just was passing the along pertinant info that filtered through DU. This guy is in the communications business and he was impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the info that came through here. I told him you still have to check and weed through, but it's a GREAT place to share with like-minded people.

You are correct in that you have to know how to aggregate it and it takes some spending time with it.

Apparently last night was the busiest night on Twitter ever and stuff can go just flashing by.
