That none of the GOP primary candidates are likely to fill. All but Huntsman are too batshit crazy to capture moderates, and Huntsman is too reasonable for the base. Plus, no way the GOP would nominate another Mormon.

Jeb is probably the leading candidate for GOP leadership, but even he comes with baggage. Not only his own skeletons, but can you see Poppy and W actively campaigning for him? I can't... that would just remind voters of previous R presidential failures, plus the horror of a Bush dynasty. Not to mention, Jeb winning Florida can no longer be taken for granted.

Mitch McConnell? I thought he was the one who put forth the strategy to just say no to everything the President wanted. Or maybe Eric Canter.. bleh.. all of these guys suck so badly.

Not to mention on msnbc last night. I wonder what got into him. Neither he nor Steve Schmidt seems to have the heart to even try to defend the batshit crazy anymore and I think that their party's insanity leaves them despairing.
