The Official Who is gonna be the 2016 Presidential Nominee thread

Obviously Hillary is a big pick for many of us. It's time for a woman!

I also think with Kaine saying he supports a woman's right to choose that he's testing the water too.

be guys ike Christie. I think Christie has the best chance ecauseofthe way he worked wih Obama during the storm. Lots of people really are looking for cooperation in our gov't..

It's the only way for them to try and claw back some of the Latino vote.
And look for ANY GOP Senator or Governor (Christie or Jeb) who has an eye for running, to be defending the Dream Act in language like "It was a GOP idea BEFORE we all decided we hated it.", and then probably voting yes on said bill.

For our side, I say we wait and see what shakes out.

whoever I might pick now will probably be wrong.

I'd love Elizabeth Warren.

For the next four years, I'll be happy we have the best President in my lifetime.

I'm tired of endless campaigning. I want the Bush tax cuts to expire. My dad reminded me this evening that during the Eisenhower years, the top marginal tax rate was 86%. It was also a time of unprecedented economic prosperity. It's time for major tax reform. Those who have been most financially fortunate should pay their fair share toward reducing the deficit that was caused by two wars and ridiculous tax cuts.

but I think it's time for some new blood. I wouldn't mind seeing Hillary as a Supreme Court justice, though.
