1. Saw the non-stop PAC ads against Heinrich last weekend during our stay in Santa Fe

and it was absolutely disgusting.

Glad to hear Heinrich takes Domenici's seat.

2. No, actually it's the retiring Jeff Bingaman's seat. And he's been a great guy. But I heard

another Dem describe Heinrich's opponent, Heather Wilson, as a 'fascist'...

4. Heinrich is replacing Jeff Bingaman

who is a decent Democrat.

Domenici (R-fossil) was replaced by Tom Udall, who has been fantastic, both for the state and for the country.

It's early yet, but I hope Lujan-Grisholm takes Heinrich's seat in the House. So far, she's 18% ahead but very few votes have been counted.

5. Yes, Tom's cousin, Mark represents us well in Colorado

I am proud to call him my senator too.

Mo Udall raised well.

The drive to New Mexico and back was very pleasant.

3. I don't want Horrible Heather merely defeated.

I want her humiliated the fuck out of politics, completely. Otherwise, she'll turn into as big a joke as John Dendahl was, running for every office she can and there's a slim chance she could get one in an off year election.

She needs to scurry off to some right wing think tank, preferably one that will die when Charles Koch has the decency to.
