Straight Party choice on PA ballot today: "Bednarski For Congress". Who gets the rest of the votes?

In addition to Republican, Democratic, Green, Independent and Libertarian, one of the straight party ticket choices was Bednarski For Congress. There were no Bednarski For Congress candidates in any of the other races, which begs the question...if one were to choose Bednarski For Congress as a straight party vote, would you have to then choose your candidates for the other races separately? I've never seen anything like this before, so I have no idea what would happen.
