He gave the best, nonverbal responses to everything the President was saying! He looked very impressed and heartily shook his hand at the end.

That man's smile got bigger and bigger throughout the President's speech! They sure had the two perfect bookends on that screen. They looked very impressed and happy with the plans to cleanup and rebuild with support from the state and federal govt.
