THE WHOLE ROMNEY/RYAN CAMPAIGN IS A SERIES OF GIGANTIC LIES

All of it...every nuance, every facet is an out and out lie. To wit:

All of the Republican candidates' positions are the exact opposite of what they were three months ago. when confronted with that fact, they just lie more and say that that is not true, thus lying again. When confronted with the gross discrepancies they say that there are none and thus lie once again.

All of the Republican candidates' issues are created out of thin air, thus fabricated lies: accusing the President of not recognizing the terrorist component of the assault upon the embassy in Libya, accusing the President of not creating jobs and not improving the economy, accusing the President of implementing a stimulus which did not work at all, accusing the President of being foreign-born, accusing the President of lying himself. The list is almost endless, and of course, these are themselves all lies and meta-lies as above.

All of the Republican candidates' biographies are filled with lies and grotesque distortions. For Romney to imply that he himself is a businessman dedicated to the creation of jobs in the United States is a lie. For Ryan to imply that he is attempting to save Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security by destroying it is an outrageous, egregiously harmful lie. For both candidates to impugn the foreign policy of the United States as exercised by the President is not only an exercise in absurdity, but neither of them have even attempted to propose alternative means to an end, and I might add, the manner in which they are performing this is positively seditious and treasonous, given that they have no underlying fundamental disagreements. This serves only to weaken us as a Nation among the world's other nations.

All of the Republican Campaign surrogates are lying to the utmost by stating unequivocally that their belief system now favorably includes every aspect of the Romney/Ryan candidacy even though almost all of these people previously supported individuals in the Republican Primaries who also stated unequivocally that Romney was, among other things, the worst candidate who could be fielded by the Party, and the fact that he, Romney, rarely garnered 40% of the votes even when the field had been winnowed.

All of the Republican candidates have made statements for the record which may be easily disproven by an examination of their lives, both public and private. Romney, by voting in a state in which he would have had to have been living in his child's unfinished basement, committed voter fraud, plain and simple. He thus, through his minions went on the offensive, attempting to stop people from voting who had the legal right to do so. If it were not for judicial common sense, likely political pressure, and the desire not to go down in history in such a manner that a judge's name would be utilized in textbooks for three centuries in a disparaging fashion, Romney and his ilk would have purged millions from the voting rolls in key states. As a (great) man once said, "He missed it by that much."

All of the Republican candidates attest to the fact that they are attempting to protect women, fetuses, the Family, by legislating draconian measures which would destroy the very fabric of what it means to be a female American Citizen. They themselves are possessed by sexual and criminally amoral "demons" which are often unfathomable to the "woman/man-in-the-street, but blithely lie about their behaviors, forgive themselves and others instantly as though some meritorious award was bestowed upon the individual, and it then becomes time to "move on".

What all of these sins and all the other sins committed but not detailed here have in common is that the republican candidates are in FACT guilty of all of these projected falsities with which they have attempted to smite the President. You can call it by any name you wish, but this author wishes to call it the worst example of lying and attempting to destroy the very fabric of the Constitution and the Country in his lengthy lifetime. The danger is extreme.

they all lie, and shrug it off as no big deal.

I get SO frustrated. If they win by hook or by crook or by cookin' the books, there is no hope.

I, too, have seen many, many elections but I've never seen one like the last four have been.

I've already apologized to my kids, grandkids and greats for the world I'll be leaving them.
