Background: The national disability rights group ADAPT is having its fall action in Harrisburg, to protest devastating cuts to Medicaid foisted on them by frack-happy, Penn State-pedophile-enabling repuke Gov. Corbett. Here we go...
Not even the police at the U.S. Capitol, which interacts with ADAPT on an annual basis, has ever behaved like this. Anyone out there have experience with Harrisburg's gendarmerie? Is this SOP or are we getting singled out for extra special treatment?

Considering my Dad was a cop, I took it to heart. Since then, I've been the victim of police brutality and have been watching them harrass, beat and MURDER people ever since.
I no longer feel they're there "to help us." They're there to collect a paycheck by doing whatever their superiors (including the governor of PA) tell them to do.
"To Protect and to Serve" was on the cars in ADAM-12. What bullshit that has become...

Just as it was on Stacey Koon et al.'s car.
