Yes, this debate was satisfying. The last one not so much.
But I'm starting to suspect that what we saw weren't two separate debates.
What we saw was the most spectacularly executed rope-a-dope in history.
Lull the asshole into a false sense of security, give him a while to believe that all he has to do is lie his way into a weak ass victory, and then BAM. Flatten his ass like a pancake.
I am in awe.

(1,663 posts)The president had to let the public see Romney's nasty side. Now when Romney tries to play the victim of the angry black man it will not work with most people. This is a reality in America.
Also this debate performance by President Obama has people excited at the right time.
