Lying clown Mitt showed up at the first debate...Which Mitt will show up tonight?

I just can't wait to see which version of himself, Mitt Romney will bring to tonight's debate.

Before the first debates were held, I heard a Romney spokesperson communicate that they look at the debates as a unit, with each debate serving a specific purpose.

The first debate, clearly, was Romney's attempt to lie about every one of his policies--then attack the President for asking questions or commenting on Romney's longstanding policies. Got that. Check.

Since all of these debates are one big Barnum & Bailey's performance for the Romney campaign, I am guessing that the next phase of this debacle will be the following: Anticipating that Obama will want to challenge Romney and set the record straight--Romney will introduce the world to--"Homecoming-King-sweet-as-pie-car-salesman" Mitt.

He'll be so kind and sweet that he'll probably bear hug Obama. He'll talk in lofty platitudes and beautiful speeches. He'll touch on his policies, but he won't provide any red meat. He'll try to deny the President an opportunity to attack or set the record straight--because he'll be too busy behaving like an enthusiastic informercial host from hell.

You watch. I bet it happens. Remember, Romney can't win on the issues. They have to invent a "schtick" that helps them to avoid the issues. It's a game because telling the American people the truth about their lie-based tax cuts, voucherizing Medicare, their non-existent healthcare plan or their lack of seriousness on the national debt---would cause an Obama electoral sweep.

I'm prepared for Obama to bring his "A Game" and I'm also braced for the unveiling of "Homecoming-King-sweet-as-pie-car-salesman" Mitt. Ugh.

manager and finance guy take you into the office and shoot the shit with you for a while about personal stuff, ANYTHING other than the deal at hand? Because they're trying to establish a personal connection and trust, right before you and they start sliding those numbers back and forth across the desk? THAT Mitt will show up.

I think he will come out prim and proper, all ready for a fight. I do not think Mitt will show well under attack.

Listen to his voice in the last debate-- watch some of his gestures. He must have been training to copy Reagan's mannerisms. He'll be in parts, caring, and aggressive (remember the zingers-- they were for when he was challenged-- we'll probably hear them tonight). He is the epitome of a phony, he'll do anything to close the deal businessman.
