I'm fragile (not about politics) can't take people who are going to piss me off.

(15,411 posts)plus I'm worried about the polls and have been out of circulation the last few days without much time to catch up.
except for Rev. Sharpton and Rachel Maddow. One debate does not make or break an entire campaign.

(2,785 posts)Right now either, and I probably wont watch again until Thursdays debate. If Biden doesn't do well. I don't know when Ill watch again.

(31,233 posts)going back. I may check out Lawrence tonight, since he didn't literally froth at the mouth after the debate. I felt sorry for Matthews' poor cameraman, he had to be soaking wet, after Tweety's tirade.

O'Donnell and Rachel once in a while. Don't really have anything against them really from that debate as, as you said - they weren't foaming at the mouth (or at least I didn't catch that because I went 'click' after the crazy tweety bird spew and big ShitEd.

(31,233 posts)Tweety & only went back to Ed after the convention. Ed's okay when Dems are on top, but he crumbles too easily. Of all the hosts on MSNBC, he seems to be the quickest to form the circular firing squad. I don't think the rough & tumble world of politics is suited to him. He's much too erratic for my tastes.

(15,411 posts)I turned on Tweety but I'm so distracted I don't think I've heard a thing he's said.
Prolly better that way.
I'll try Lawrence later.

(2,391 posts)I prefer O'Donnell, simply because he is quiet (unlike Sharpton) and doesn't interrupt people (unlike Bashir). But I like all three. On days I don't want to deal with on-air drama, I go with O'Donnell. I like being quietly spoken to and not shouted at or lectured.

(31,233 posts)would use his INSIDE voice when on camera. I keep having to adjust the volume. Lawrence is so much more relaxing, although he seems to rely heavily on Fox News and Rush Limbaugh soundbites to produce his own show. I wish MSNBC would declare Fox news hosts off limits, unless they're actually speaking to an ELECTED official.

(31,233 posts)wondered why liberals tune into MSNBC only to be treated to endless soundbites from Fox. If I wanted to watch that crap, I'd unblock it, and witness that trainwreck firsthand.

But the sum total is pernicious propaganda.
