This is one sick guy! Kills his cat because he's "feeling suicidal"
Calls the cops because someone is damaging his truck, turns out he was doing it himself.
Then he kills his cat horribly. 
MANITOWOC — Police on Tuesday evening arrested a 49-year-old Manitowoc man in connection with the dead, duct-taped cat found Sunday in the Manitowoc River.
Michael J. Wasurick is being held in Manitowoc County Jail and police are recommending a felony charge of mistreating an animal, said Detective Mike Stone of the Manitowoc Police Department.
“He said the reason he did that is that he was feeling suicidal and instead of taking it out on himself, he took it out on the cat,” he said.
The older, orange-colored cat had been the man’s pet for about 10 years, Stone said.
