The Duchess has a response to those stupid chain emails about welfare
The Duchess strikes again! This time it's in response to a supposedly 21 year old female teabilly fuckstick who sent out a diatribe about poor people;
The “Welfare Queen” probably never existed, but even if she was based on something real, she’s sure as shit not around anymore. Is there a certain amount of fraud? Of course, but most of it is perpetrated by the vendors, not the recipients of benefits. Where’s your cruel and outlandish letter to them?
Speaking of that, where’s your hyperbolic correspondence to the corporations that pay next to nothing (or actually nothing!) in taxes because even though we have a high corporate tax rate in the U.S., they use loopholes that their well-paid lobbyists negotiate for them because they have pockets that are never-endingly deep? Or, to the 1% who live unimaginably lavish lifestyles because they are getting a bigger piece of the American wealth pie than ever before (right at about 43% compared to the bottom 80% who get EIGHT PERCENT of said pie) and paying the lowest tax rate in history, yet continue to bitch and moan about paying their fair fucking share? All this Welfare baloney is just meant to keep you looking the other way while they rob the rest of us blind. Seems it’s working well.
Lastly, and this is just personal, what in the fuck is wrong with you, lady? Do you really believe that most poor people WANT to be poor? Do you really believe that most other human beings don’t strive for the same things you do; security for their families, a sense of accomplishment and the noble pursuit of their goals? Is your heart so closed off and riddled with the diseases of judgment and anger that you REALLY think that most Americans who receive government assistance don’t dream of the day that they never have to use their SNAP card at the grocery store again, and can instead proudly pull out their debit card or checkbook empowered by the knowledge that their bank account is ample and they can feed themselves without some nosy, sneering ASSHOLE like you glaring at them?
If you or anyone reading this really believes that, I’m here to tell you that in the vast majority of cases you are just plain wrong. The only way you’ll ever truly understand is if you are faced with some sort of unforeseen hardship–like becoming disabled or being abandoned with three young children to care for–and you discover how hard it is your goddamned snotty selves. Whoever wrote this letter is apparently considered some kind of a conservative heroine, but to me she’s just a stupid kid that has no fucking clue what she’s talking about because she’s barely even lived herself. To the rest of you who seem to savor this mean-spirited, lying propaganda: What’s your fucking excuse?
I don't get many of those chain emails, but I do see the stupidity on Facebook every so often. And the Duchess showed me how to respond to that teabilly stupidity.
