The Repukes (and I will call them that name after reading some of the comments at NBCNews.com) didn't have anything to talk about last week. They had nothing. Their candidate gave a lousy speech. The wife of the candidate gave a lousy speech. The keynote speaker gave a lousy speech. And 1 old guy talked to a chair.
So today it was announced that President Obama cannot have his speech outside due to the inclement weather. So what will these knuckle-draggers in the Repuke Party do?? They decide to say he can't get enough people to "bus-in" for the speech (dog-whistle). They say the "messiah" can't get a crowd any longer. They say that it's only a 30% chance of rain - they play football in that weather. Do they really want to go there?? Have you seen the crowds that President Obama has been getting lately??

Now if you would have told me that Mittens has a problem getting people to come to his events, I would agree

(20,998 posts)And your sig line still carries great validity.
There is no argument among honest, intelligent people: during the last eight years, the republicans damn near drove this country off of a cliff. EVERYTHING they touched has turned to shit. The eight years of cheney*/bush* have done profound damage to this country that will take DECADES to recover.

Eff them. No one who's been following Obama will believe that crap, no one.
