Whose idea WAS it to open with Chris Christie?

So, your party is fighting the image of being a bunch of rich, white, fat cats and you mull over who to put in the opening speaking slot of your national convention and the guy you all agree on is......

CHRIS CHRISTIE?

A guy who when he gets impassioned, turns such a dangerous shade of red aides with defibrillators come to alert?

When did that get to be a good idea?

I am being serious here. And did ANYBODY help Ann Romney with her speech? This seems to be a trend with the Romney's...."Trust me, there is nothing bad in my taxes.", "Trust me, my husband is a nice guy."

Uh, that is not a positive. Because it comes across as inconsistent, not cohesive, and a general clusterfuck.

We got a million speeches about people loving their poor parents and loving America, mixed in with oh btw you should vote for Mitt I guess. And his wife talking about nothing.

they think he sounds great. Why? because they think he's always talking about someone else. They love it when their side tries to bully the rest of the country. They never get he is also talking about them.
