English journalist raped and killed by Libyan rebels last year

Does anyone remember this story being reported in US news?

She was raped. A video was taken and put on YouTube and her body was later found.

The rape and killing was done by US and UN backed rebels. Maybe that's why we never heard about it.

Did any of you ever hear about this?

Bottom line: If something doesn't fit a "good guys vs. bad guys" narrative, the American public cannot process it.

of sub-Saharan Africans in Libya by the 'rebels' either. . According to a report I read somewhere today, 60% of the 'rebels' and the violence in Syria, are from outsiders. Qatar troops, Al Queda fighters, same as in Libya. Our proxie armies, as Hillary admitted, and of course we have mercenaries there. I wondered why Blackwater moved its headquarters to Kuwait.

Hillary Clinton gave an interview after the fall of the Libyan government. She was boasting about the new way we are fighting wars. Using proxy armies, using only air support when needed making it unnecessary to send in our military. She was very proud of how clever this was.

Syria is following the exact same pattern as Libya. Those sending in weapons and fighters are responsible for the horrible bloodshed in those countries.

There's a link to vimeo that says it's been removed (though the blog claims it was YouTube that removed it). There's a still photo, with black blocks in, that could show anything - it could be a woman asleep, for all you can tell. There's a link to a non-existent page on patdollard.com (which looks liker a rabid RW site). There's a claim that it was a French woman, but that it was covered up to avoid helping Marine Le Pen (which sounds like an accusation someone on the right would make). It also claims it was a British woman working for a British news outlet.

At no point does it name any European victim, or an organisation she was working for, or give any indication of anyone else having known about this. Where is the video you have seen? Where did you hear about this earlier?
