6. They probably do. The problem they have - or that Trump has -

is that other judges haven't written that presidents can't be investigated, subpoenaed or indicted. That's not a mainstream opinion, even for conservatives (which gives me some hope that the rest of the Supreme Court wouldn't go along with it). But even though he was advised to pick anybody but Kavanaugh, he wanted the guy who would at least try to save his ass from Bob Mueller.

....but this schmuck will get Dump off the hook should the Supreme Court get involved in something involving the probe. But Dump will probably still get impeached and removed from office. However, he's there to protect Pence when his screw ups reach the light of day.
